Lab results showed low adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) levels and high levels of 17-hydroxyprogesterone, testosterone, and dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA). There were also signs of hepatic dysfunction with markedly elevated liver function tests, hyperbilirubinemia, and hypoalbuminemia, along with signs of coagulopathy. This evidence concerns the gene POMC and Hypoalbuminemia.
