CD8A and synovial sarcoma: To investigate the impact of these genes on the immune microenvironment, we observed significant immune remodeling in the peripheral blood of SS patients, characterized by increased proportions of naïve B cells, gamma delta T (γδ T) cells, monocytes, M2 macrophages, and activated dendritic cells, alongside decreased proportions of memory B cells, CD8+ T cells, Tregs, and resting NK cells.
