TRMT112 and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma: Supporting evidence analyses using UALCAN (P = 1.61e-03; Fig. 2B) and the Human Protein Atlas (Fig. 2C), based on TCGA-HNSCC datasets, revealed a similar trend, with protein expression consistently elevated in malignant tissues compared to normal samples, suggesting that TRMT112 is significantly overexpressed in OSCC and is linked to unfavorable clinical outcomes.
