PFN2 and small cell lung carcinoma: Our previous studies have identified the LYPLAL1-DT/miR-204-5p/PFN2 and LYPLAL1-DT/miR-204-5p/BCL2 axes in SCLC cells[15,16], and LYPLAL1-DT/miR-204-5p/SIRT1 axis in HUVECs[14] by RNA immunoprecipitation (RIP), knockdown or overexpression, and rescue experiments.
