Subsequent tumor mutation profiling of the two risk groups showed that in the high-risk group, the top three most frequently mutated genes were APC (63%), TP53 (63%), and TTN (57%) (Figure 5B), whereas in the low-risk group, the leading mutations occurred in APC (80%), TP53 (59%), and KRAS (48%) (Figure 5C).
