CD36 mutation analysis from cBioPortal database indicated amplification as the most frequent alteration in multiple cancer types, including LIHC, PAAD, TGCT, DLBC, BLCA, OV, HNSC, ACC, KIRC, GBM, and CHOL, whereas UCEC, SKCM, and KIRP also exhibited high mutations.
