To test whether BCOR inhibition broadly sensitizes cells to DHODH blockade, we evaluated four additional inhibitors: leflunomide and teriflunomide, used clinically in multiple sclerosis (MS) and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) [12], and the AML investigational agents AG-636 and farudodstat [13, 14]. The gene discussed is DHODH; the disease is myeloid sarcoma.
