Immunohistochemistry of tumor tissues revealed that TRIM3 overexpression increased IFN-β levels and increased the infiltration levels of CD4+ T cells, CD49b+ NK cells, and CD86+ M1 macrophages, but the infiltration levels of CD163+ M2 macrophages decreased (Fig. 6K), which is consistent with the results of prior immune infiltration analyses (Fig. 3K–P).
