CD8A and neoplasm: In the analysis of tumor-infiltrating leukocytes, we found that only CD8+ T cells were significantly enriched in the tumor compared to the Fc control (except for CD19+ B-cells in the Fc-Neo-7-Q6P group), despite a substantial increase of other immune cell types (CD4+ T cells, macrophages, and NK cells) in the peripheral blood (Figure 7B–C).
