B7-H3 is overexpressed in multiple solid tumors including glioma, glioblastoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, and pediatric cancers such as rhabdomyosarcoma and neuroblastoma (Figure 1A), and elevated B7-H3 expression correlates with poor patient survival (Figure 1B).
