We discovered that p38/MAPK14 was one of the most strongly correlated genes with ABCG2 in patients with BRCA, OV, cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and endocervical adenocarcinoma, uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma, and uterine carcinosarcoma (Table S2). The gene discussed is MAPK14; the disease is endocervical adenocarcinoma.
