CD274 and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma: To further substantiate current knowledge on TIME factors driving responses or resistance to iCIT in our unique cohort of patients with matched pre‐ and post‐treatment tissue samples, we performed systematic pathological assessment, quantification of key immune cell populations, PD‐L1 assessment, and transcriptome‐wide mRNA sequencing (RNAseq) to identify pathological patterns and transcriptional signatures driving therapy responses or resistance in locally advanced HNSCC patients undergoing iCIT.
