To investigate this, the relation between the E2F1 binding profiles determined here in SETD6 WT and KO cells and BRD4 literature data sets obtained in SETD6 WT prostate cancer cells (SRR1170714 taken from GSE55064 [77], SRR5467129 and SRR5467130 taken from GSE98069 [78]) was analysed. This evidence concerns the gene E2F1 and prostate carcinoma.
