Table S1 lists the genes and proteins included in the reconstructedassociative gene network of rheumatoid arthritis, which comprises, in particular, genes and proteins involved inthe inflammatory process: interleukins (IL1, IL6, IL13, andothers), members of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) family, the key inflammatory regulator NF-κB, and genes and proteinsfunctioning in the Wnt, JAK/STAT, Notch, MAPK, PI3K, andSYK signaling pathways, all of which are known to play adefining role in RA pathogenesis (Ding et al., 2024). This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and rheumatoid arthritis.
