CD8A and neoplasm: Tumor-infiltrating immune cells, including CD45+, CD3+, CD8+ and CD4+ T lymphocytes, were significantly increased in IRF7-C435A B16F10 tumors compared to the IRF7-WT groups, while the infiltration of F4/80 macrophages was decreased in the IRF7-C435A B16F10 tumors, as detected by flow cytometry (Fig. 2G) and immunohistochemical assays (Fig. 2F).
