Next, we investigated whether tramadol-induced breast cancer cell death could be rescued by various inhibitors of ROS (N-acetylcysteine, NAC), PERK (GSK260414), ferroptosis (Fer-1), autophagy (3-MA), necroptosis (Nec-1), and apoptosis (Z-VAD-FMK) and to clarify the type of cell death involved.
