Interleukin-6 (IL-6) and insulin resistance major mediators were significantly reduced in numerous publications, such as those by Alvarenga et al. [23], Asghari et al. [26], Boshagh et al. [31], Kisiolek et al. [66], Kocher et al. [67], Mamsharifi et al. [70], and Panahi et al. [88], and Interleukin-8 (IL-8) was also reported to be reduced by Khajehdehi et al. Anti-inflammatory cytokine Interleukin-10 (IL-10), on the other hand, had been demonstrated to rise in certain studies like Mamsharifi et al.
