The two loci (DOCK10 and FCN1-FCN2) replicated from CoGaPro1, and the 11 loci replicated from CoGaPro2 (CDK15, CROCC2-SNED1, TLR2-RNF175-SFRP2, WWC2, RELN, ZMYM5-ZMYM2, KLF12, SKAP1, CABLES2, and MIR630) gave further support for these genes being associated with a risk of CRC and gastric cancer. The gene discussed is CROCC2; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
