To address this limitation and push the analysis further, we classified groups of markers into three compartments: GABAergic (GAD67, SST, PV, and VIP), synaptic (VGlut1, PSD95, Syn1, and Gephrin) and astroglia (GLT1, GFAP, and GS) and performed hubscore analysis in order to determine if the importance of each compartment in the network changed following CRS exposure. This evidence concerns the gene GFAP and congenital rubella syndrome.
