The results showed that core differentially expressed genes (DEGs), such as CABS1, RPL10, PGAM2, TMSB4X, and CYP17A1, were significantly enriched in pathways related to cell development, cell proliferation, and the secretion of sex hormones, which are involved in biological processes such as focal adhesion, pathways in cancer, and the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, and play positive roles. This evidence concerns the gene PGAM2 and cancer.
