Here, we showed using data obtained from the GSEA database that ZC3H15 was associated with the AKT-mTOR signaling pathway and further verified these findings experimentally by showing that ZC3H15 promotes the expression of p-AKT and p-mTOR proteins, which leads to increased proliferation, invasion and migration of NSCLC cells. This evidence concerns the gene ZC3H15 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
