More recently, Song et al. reported a [68Ga]Ga -labeled BCMA-binding peptide [68Ga]Ga-DOTA-BP1) with specific uptake in BCMA-positive xenografts, and Wang et al. extended the field by developing an [89Zr]Zr-labeled full-length anti-BCMA monoclonal antibody for immunoPET, demonstrating selective targeting in MM animal models and first-in-nonhuman-primate imaging 24, 25. This evidence concerns the gene TNFRSF17 and Miyoshi myopathy.
