A strong positive correlation was found between in vivo tumor and ex vivo brain [64Cu]-NOTA-GZP PET SUVmean (R2 = 0.89, p < 0.001), providing evidence for the proper quantification of intratumoral GZB presence following dynamic acquisition (Figure 4C) while removing potential inflammatory activity from the surgical site, as observed in our previous CD8-targeted PET study in GBM models 9. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and glioblastoma.
