NETosis promote breast cancer progression by activating the tissue factor (TF)/PAR2 signalling pathway, which triggers pro‐inflammatory and pro‐tumour gene expression through MAPK signalling. Blocking TF or PAR2 reduced these effects, suggesting that the TF/PAR2 axis mediates the pro‐tumour impact of NETs on breast cancer cells. Here, F3 is linked to breast carcinoma.
