As illustrated in Fig. S1A, COX5B was highly expressed in several malignancies, including bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), mesothelioma (MESO), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC). The gene discussed is COX5B; the disease is cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
