As illustrated in Fig. S1A, COX5B was highly expressed in several malignancies, including bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), mesothelioma (MESO), prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC). This evidence concerns the gene COX5B and prostate adenocarcinoma.
