Here, we describe the synthesis and physicochemicalcharacterizationof the self-excitatory immunoSCIFI agent [89Zr]Zr-DFO-MT1-MMP-BOD665and present its first in vivo assessmentconductedby in vivo imaging and corroborative ex vivo biodistribution analyses in MT1-MMP-positive HT1080 tumor-bearingmiceto provide proof-of-concept data for applying immunoSCIFIunder physiological conditions. The gene discussed is MMP14; the disease is neoplasm.
