PNMA1 and testicular seminoma: For patients with confirmed malignancies, testicular seminoma was initially identified as the tumor most commonly associated with anti-Ma2 antibodies.1 However, our study indicates an expansion in the repertoire of tumors beyond the testis, with testicular seminoma present in only one-third of men, regardless of isolated Ma2 or combined Ma1+Ma2 positivity (eTable 3).
