Among DEGs that were uniquely down-regulated only in the context of both amyloid pathology and MA10 infection together were Cd74, Cst7, Tyrobp, Ctsb, H2-Aa, Cd9, C1qc, Tmsb4x, and Cst3. Meanwhile, these DEGs were significantly up regulated in the presence of Aβ pathology or peripheral MA10 infection, independently (Figure 7E). The gene discussed is CTSB; the disease is infection.
