Overall, 100 shared upregulated genes between herpes keratitis and PD were found as in Figure 3(a), detail seen in Supporting Table S9, and the pathway analysis on the shared upregulated gene set was mainly enriched in “G0:0043122: regulation of canonical NF‐kappaB signal transduction,” “M166: PID ATF2 PATHWAY,” “G0:0002718: regulation of cytokine production involved in immune response,” “R‐HSA‐6798695: neutrophil degranulation,” and “R‐HSA‐375165: NCAM signaling for neurite out‐growth,” as in Figure 3(c), detail seen in Supporting Table S10. This evidence concerns the gene MTA2 and Parkinson disease.
