According to the International Society for Human and Animal Mycology (ISHAM) criteria for ABPA diagnosis (Table 1), 2 major and 2 minor criteria were met, including (major criteria) an elevated serum total immunoglobulin E (IgE) level and an elevated Aspergillus-specific IgE, and (minor criteria) Aspergillus serum immunoglobulin G antibodies (Table 2) and a chest CT suggesting tracheal dilatation. Here, IGHE is linked to allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis.
