The classification of grade 3 neuroendocrine tumor (NET‐G3), neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) with a well‐differentiated morphology and a Ki‐67 index higher than 20%, was first defined for pancreatic NENs in the World Health Organization (WHO) 2017 classification and used for gastrointestinal NENs in the WHO 2019 classification [3]. Here, MKI67 is linked to neuroendocrine neoplasm.
