PSMD14 and lung adenocarcinoma: Specifically, Pearson correlation analysis revealed coefficients of 0.55 (p < 2.2e-16) for cell cycle, 0.33 (p < 3.5e-14) for DNA damage, and 0.5 (p < 2.2e-16) for DNA repair (Figure 2A), suggesting that PSMD14 expression is closely associated with the activity of these functional states and may play an important role in the pathogenesis of lung adenocarcinoma.
