Statistically, the concentrations of GROα, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-17A, IL-22, IL-23, and MCP-3 were significantly higher in males with obesity compared to the females with obesity, while the concentrations of IL-5, IL-10, IL-18, MCP-1, and MIP2α trended higher (p ≤ 0.1) (Figure 3I).
