The CHANCE001 study, the largest multicenter real-world investigation of TACE combined with PD-(L)1 inhibitors and molecular targeted treatments (MTT) for HCC in China, demonstrated that this combination therapy significantly improved progression-free survival (PFS) (9.5 months vs. 8.0 months, P = 0.002, 95% CI, 6.6-9.5) and overall survival (OS) (19.2 months vs. 15.7 months, P = 0.001, 95% CI, 13.0-20.2) in patients with advanced HCC compared to TACE monotherapy (10). Here, CD274 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
