To explore the potential clinical significance and molecular mechanisms of ACE2 in CRC, we conduct in-house experiments encompassing immunohistochemistry (IHC), RNA sequencing data collection, genetic testing (B-Raf proto-oncogene, serine/threonine kinase (BRAF)-V600E/Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog (KRAS)/neuroblastoma RAS viral oncogene homolog (NRAS)), and analysis of clinical parameters. This evidence concerns the gene NRAS and colorectal carcinoma.
