A retrospective study done in 2010 compared R-CHOP with rituximab, prednisone, etoposide, vincristine, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin (R-EPOCH) in PTLD patients and showed a 2-year overall survival for the R-EPOCH group of 76.1% vs. 41.7% for the R-CHOP group, proving R-EPOCH as a viable treatment strategy [14, 15]. Here, DDIT3 is linked to post-transplant lymphoproliferative disease.
