β2AR expression in 147 surgically resected colorectal cancers was associated with worse overall survival (HR 2.27; 95% CI 1.51–3.72; p < 0.01) than β2AR negative tumours [8] and, in 100 gastric tumours, above‐median β2AR expression was associated with increased tumour size, lymph node positivity and poor differentiation [9]. This evidence concerns the gene ADRB2 and gastric neoplasm.
