MKI67 and neoplasm: Hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining of tumor sections revealed more extensive necrotic features in the P. aeruginosa- and combination-treated tumors (Fig. 6D), while Ki67 immunohistochemistry showed a significant reduction in proliferative cells in the combination group (Fig. 6E), suggesting enhanced tumor cell killing and proliferation inhibition.
