This study generated single-cell transcriptomic and genotypic data for CD4+ T cells at four distinct activation time points (0 h, 16 h, 40 h, and 5 d) and employed context-specific eQTL analysis, MR, multi-omics integration, and experimental validation techniques (qPCR) to comprehensively investigate the dynamic genetic regulatory network of CD4+ T cells in the pathogenesis of OSA. Here, CD4 is linked to obstructive sleep apnea syndrome.
