Non‐lupus full‐house nephropathy (FHN) is a rare and exciting renal pathology defined by the presence of a full‐house immunofluorescence pattern‐deposition of IgG, IgA, IgM, C3, and C1q‐in the absence of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) clinical or serological criteria [6]. The gene discussed is C3; the disease is systemic lupus erythematosus.
