The histomorphological features were evaluated by H & E staining; TUNEL assay; expression levels of IL-2, IL-6, IFN-γ, VEGF, TNF-α, CRE, AST, ALT, and BUN; and immunohistochemical and Western blotting assays of tumor and liver/kidney tissues, the ETO-H group exhibited second highest antitumor efficacy following the CTX group, with reduced liver/kidney damage.
