KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of the intersecting targets revealed that the primary pathways involved included pathways in cancer, lipid, and atherosclerosis, the Advanced Glycation End products/Receptor for Advanced Glycation End products (AGE-RAGE) signaling pathway in diabetic complications, chemical carcinogenesis-receptor activation, and the HIF-1 signaling pathway. This evidence concerns the gene AGER and atherosclerosis.
