Figure 6 shows that the OS in the high-expression group was higher than in the low-expression group (p = 0.0007), and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis showed an area under the operating characteristics (AUC= 0.852, p < 0.001), indicating that TRIM22 is highly expressed in HBV-associated HCC when patients had a high survival rate. In contrast, the association between high and low expression with OS of TRIM56 was not significant (p = 0.1346) and did not distinguish well between HCC and non-HCC (AUC = 0.627, p < 0.001)). Here, TRIM22 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
