KEGG enrichment analysis revealed that in the combined decoction of HJD, the majority of genes were associated with pathways such as proteoglycans in cancer, pathways in cancer, PI3K-Akt signaling, chemical carcinogenesis—receptor activation, focal adhesion, human papillomavirus infection, pentose and glucuronate interconversions, ascorbate and aldarate metabolism, porphyrin metabolism, and drug metabolism—cytochrome P450. This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and cancer.
