Through further optimization of drug structure (such as improving binding affinity and in vivo stability through D-amino acids or unnatural amino acids substitution [37], optimizing the linker to balance hydrophilicity and clearance rate, and prolonging the blood half-life of the probe by introducing an albumin-binding moiety [38,39]) and adjustment of imaging parameters (such as optimizing image reconstruction algorithms), its imaging effect is expected to be improved, making it more suitable for non-invasive imaging of IBD inflammatory foci.
