In a multicenter phase II study in patients with CD30-positive peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL), induction therapy with BV plus cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, etoposide, prednisone (CHEP–BV) followed by BV consolidation achieved a 2-year PFS rate of 59% and an OS rate of 86%, representing the first clinical evidence for the efficacy of BV in combination with etoposide [48]. This evidence concerns the gene TNFRSF8 and peripheral T-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified.
