After adjusting for age, DM, smoking status, BMI, waist circumference, blood pressure, renal function, lipid profile, and albumin levels, patients with vascular reactivity dysfunction (combined intermediate and poor VRI groups) had an odds ratio (OR) of 1.096 (95% CI: 1.025–1.171; p = 0.007) compared with those in the good VRI group.
