The top twenty differentially expressed genes in pathways in cancer (PC) include the well-known oncogene NRAS (Hobbs et al., 2016), the inhibitor of apoptosis BIRC3/cIAP2 (Frazzi, 2021), and WNT7B, a component of the WNT/β-catenin pathway (Arensman et al., 2014) (Fig. 6A).
