KLK3 and neoplasm: Srm-T-PSA levels increased significantly during tumor progression (median: 38.0 μg/L; Q1-Q3: 6.7–137.9 μg/L; p=0.008) (Figure 1A), and although ev-T-PSA did not change (p=0.055) (Figure 1B), T-PSA ev/srm ratio decreased significantly (median: 1.2 %; Q1-Q3: 0.9–1.5 %) compared to concentrations observed during clinical response (median: 1.7 %; Q1-Q3: 1.3–3.6 %; p=0.008) (Figure 1C).
