Many patients received concomitant treatment with temozolomide (TMZ, 75 mg/m2) during radiotherapy (RT), followed by 6 cycles adjuvant TMZ (150-200 mg/m2) for 5 days out of 28 days (Stupp protocol) (IDH-wt Astrocytoma: 56 (35.0%), IDH-wt glioblastoma: 87 (42.9%)) or concomitant treatment using TMZ (75 mg/m2) during hypofractionated (hf) RT, followed by 6 cycles adjuvant TMZ (150-200 mg/m2) for 5 days out of 28 days (Perry protocol) (IDH-wt Astrocytoma: 6 (3.8%); IDH-wt glioblastoma: 34 (16.7%)).
